Saenz roofing did an excellent job for a Client of mine who was Buying a home, the roof needed to be replaced within two weeks for them to get their loan. Brian bid the job had permits for the job, and the roof was on by closing. It was a great feeling, knowing that my client and the sale of this house was a priority for Saenz roofing company. I would call on them again for any roofing job!

They have taken several MONTHS to complete a metal roof, and workmanship has been terrible. I wish I could upload pictures. There’s a gap, rather large, where the underlying paper is showing – the roofing materials don’t meet. That’s just one of several examples of poor workmanship. They left trash and leftover parts lying around. They’d drive 45 min to my house, work for an hour, then leave. They started the job last fall, Sept or Oct, and it’s now June. That’s at least EIGHT MONTHS, and it’s still not going to pass an official county inspection.

Save yourself a lot of headache and do not use this company. Very poor communication and service. They stripped the wrong part of my roof, then left it uncovered despite me telling them that rain was in the forecast for the next several days, this resulted in water leaking into my living room and me having to stand on a ladder with a hair dryer to prevent the dry wall from being damaged. They broke pieces of my siding, my brother actually discovered that they did not replace a completely broken piece of wood panelling on the roof that they were literally just going to roll the roofing over and hoped we didn’t notice. The flashing that they installed on the edges of the roof look pretty terrible with dents, etc. Not to mention the communication was absolutely horrible. I really wanted to pursue some kind of legal action or basically have them redo the flashing, but I was honestly so fatigued of dealing with this company that I paid my remaining balance so I didn’t have to deal with them anymore. In conclusion, safe yourself much stress and look elsewhere.

Very hardworking crew at a competitive price. the roof job was of good quality. Communication was not good, or otherwise would have been five stars. The only time we ever know what was going on was to call the office. Even then it was cumbersome. We could have used a personal visit from the job coordinator/overseer.

The communication to there front office was not very good. The only way I knew when they were starting and what was going on was me reaching out to them rather than them letting us know what was going on. Brayan on the other hand communicated pretty good which is the only reason I knew what was going on. The roof itself looks great especially for the price. If you are interested in going with Saenz Roofing I recommend doing a thorough walk through with them on what needs to be done and put back correctly, such as gutter covers or hooks.
