Tucker Norman informed me this evening of the hail damage this neighborhood had received lately. Had him go up & access for any damage. None was found & feel very relieved with this info. He was professional , very friendly to me & the pup, not pushy & seemed very competent.

Highly recommend PRQ for anyone looking at exterior house projects. Ted McDaniel and Michael Gross were extremely helpful explaining the insurance process – I learned a lot about insurer responsibilities – and managing the project from start to finish. Workmanship was excellent – they even had a solar panel expert to remove and Reinstall my panels all as part of the project! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

For all that’s involved with all new roof my experience with PRQ was about as easy as one could hope for. They are dialed in. They worked well with my insurance company, scheduled the install quickly, and the job was completed so fast. Most impressive was the cleanup. I have not found a single nail. Shout out to Denny Walton for taking care of everything. Very professional and easy to work with.

I answered my door the other day because I saw an Amazon truck and thought it was a delivery. Instead, it was Nick Simpson from PRQ Exteriors who had been at my neighbor’s house. We had a terrible experience about 9 years ago when we had our roof replaced so I was a little standoff-ish at first, but there was something about him that immediately put me at ease. He wasn’t cocky with the usual sales pitch casing the neighborhood on his hoverboard. He was very friendly and down to earth and it felt like talking to an old friend. He told me that quite a few of my neighbors had damage after a hail storm a few weeks back and some didn’t. I told him he could go up and look but I wouldn’t do anything until I talked to my husband. He came down about 20 mins later with tons of pics showing my damage. We probably talked for another hour because he patiently answered every question I had and he walked me through what the process would be. He came back a couple of days later to do it all again with my husband and with the same friendly and patient demeanor. We filed a claim online ( took about 5 mins) and will have an insurance adjuster out today. So far the process has been very timely and easy, and whether we are approved or not, I will definitely call Nick with any future needs.

Just want to say dealing with PRQ Exteriors and their reps Tucker and Kyle has been wonderful. They both have helped me through the whole process making it virtually effortless for me! Honestly, I don’t see it going south after the roof is on, but if it does, I’ll provide an update.

The process to get a new roof can be quite overwhelming but PRQ made it easy. Tucker was so knowledgeable about the status of our roof. We instantly trusted him and his professional judgment and personable nature. He recommended we put in a claim with our insurance company since he saw damage from a storm that had occurred months before. We had been told by another roofer that our roof was fine just after the storm but it wasn’t! We were so grateful for Tucker’s expertise. Fast forward to the inspection by Jameson who was so thorough and skilled, the client management by Michael who was super dialed and communicative, and the actual roof work & clean up by the team who were very meticulous and friendly…we couldn’t have selected a better company. PRQ worked so well with our insurance company/adjustor as well. Thank you PRQ for your incredibly dependable and high quality service!!
