If you’re looking for a roofing company you can trust… these guys are it! Honest, reliable and trustworthy. We personally work with them on our investments and they have helped numerous clients of ours with their roofs when buying or selling. We are so thankful we started working together! I was referred to Lance by my realtor. I was a little skeptical about using him to replace my roof amongst other things like window replacement because I couldn’t be there to oversee the project. He was fair, reasonable and does quality work. He could always be contacted by phone or text. And if he didn’t answer he would call back quickly. He is a man of his word and he walks the walk. Not just talk the talk. He was able to explain my complicated insurance claim and new every process in working with insurance companies. He text me pictures and updated me promptly. He was busy when he started the project and gave me date of start a couple weeks out. He met his obligations without hesitation. On time and very efficient. Hi highly recommend Lance for any repairs.

Lance put a roof on my mother’s house that was going on the market.His crew was fast and efficient. Several months later, electricians put in a new bigger electric box. They made a new hole through the roof and left the old hole open. I called Lance to take a look at it as we were closing in two days. Lance responded within an hour or so, and shot me a quote. He fixed up everything that day. Incredible response, that you just don’t see today from contractors. Well done, L&N Construction! Jim P.

I have had several jobs done by L&N construction. We’re in an area where we experience damage from hail often. It has been necessary for Lance to replace my roof twice. Both times was perfectly, the work was quite professional they cleaned everything up thoroughly when they were done. The last time they replaced the gutters and installed leaf filters. ,He has also taken care of some other minor jobs, but there is nothing that might need to be done in my house that I wouldn’t trust him to do. I have recommended to friends for work that they need don’t. If you were to rate on a five star basis I give him the five stars.

We used L and N construction for our roof last summer. We were so grateful for how professional and timely the work was accomplished. Lance, the owner, was incredibly informative and patient as we maneuvered through the red tape of insurance . Definitely give 5 stars to L and N construction! I wouldn’t use anyone else for my roofing and repairs!

Lance and company were outstanding while reroofing my home. Lance was prompt and thorough in his response to my inquiry. I had time issues and he went above and beyond to finish the job within my time frame. He is courteous, friendly, always willing to answer questions and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend L&N Construction. We recently had them replace our roof from the several hail storms we had over the summer. They were very responsive and did a very good job letting us know what their schedule was, who would be coming, and what they would be doing. They were great about having us look over their work to see if it was up to our expectations. If there issues, they took care of them immediately. We also had them repair/replace some siding and chimney trim that was very weathered. And finally they painted the entire exterior of our house. I was very impressed with their prep-work and attention to detail. I was also impressed with their painters. I think they did a wonderful job… and to be honest, I don’t hand out compliments easily. Bottom line… I think L&N did a GREAT job for us. Lance is great to work with. Highly recommend.
