I have had my roof replaced before and this was by far my best roof experience. The entire staff demonstrated outstanding work, customer service, communication and follow-up. They worked well with my insurance company and educated me throughout the entire process. The roof consultant, Mr. Gerald Wink, is a Rock Star. Mr. Wink’s professionalism, communications, expertise and commitment to ensure that everything was done to the ultimate level of perfection was simply breathtaking, The knowledge he shared allowed me to make outstanding informative decisions, he even helped me obtain a top notch painter. Commitment to excellence, customer service and an outstanding staff is why Petrali Roofinf is simply the best!

It was a pleasure to work with Petrali Roofing. They helped me work with the insurance company. I had an unbelievably high deductible, but with the help of Travis Adams and Dave this was eliminated. Travis was very responsive and walked with me through the whole process. I highly recommend Petrali Roofing and Travis Adams.

I highly recommend Petrali Roofing for any roofing needs! From the knowledge and attentiveness of the estimator to the fast and efficient installation crew…Petrali delivered on their word. The estimator really knew his shingles and provided us with exceptional service and support. The installation crew showed up at 7am and were completely finished by 6pm. They did a phenomenal job!! Even the cleanup efforts were commendable. Hands down the BEST roofing company in Colorado Springs 🙌

in late 2023, we used Petrali Roofing to re-roof our home in Colorado Springs after a large hailstorm passed through the area. The team was very professional and accommodating. They completed the work in a timely manner and within budget. They also sent out a second group to clean up the area after the roof was completed. A few weeks after the roof was done, we discovered an issue with some significant moisture in the attic. We called Petrali Roofing right away fearing that we had a leak from recent heavy rains. Petrali sent out two gentlemen from their customer service team. Customer Service Manager Joe O’Malley came to the house to help with the assessment. Joe brings years of experience in the roofing industry. They quickly assessed the issue and believed that the roof may have been leaking, Joe agreed to strip and re-roof the affected area immediately. Once the roof was stripped down to the original decking, we found that the roof was not actually leaking, but did have a moisture problem from inside the attic. Joe again stepped up and agreed to re-deck the roof and reinstall the shingles to solve the issue. The whole project took a couple of days, but Joe finally discovered the origin of the problem, He discovered that the original builder had not properly vented the attic space, which was allowing moisture to gather in the eaves of the attic. Joe took the time to help with installing additional ventilation to help solve the problem. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Petrali Rooting and their employees. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs. Several of our neighbors also used Petrali Roofing and they were very happy with their work.

Petrali Roofing is the only roofer to call! Fast personal service. Worked with our insurance so we didn’t have to- a whole crew showed up and replaced our roof in one day and it’s a big one! Crew cleaned up after themselves and Petrali sent another person out to double check the entire area-I’ve had to pick up roofing nails for months from previous companies- not with Petrali. I am very pleased and would recommend Petrali Roofing for your small leaks to big replacement jobs, best in town. They also have a community outreach that helps families that can’t afford to have their roof fixed. I’m super happy we went with Petrali, Greg your team is amazing

Petrali company installed a new roof last fall after the tornado that hit Highlands Ranch. They did a very good job on the roof as complimented by the Douglas County building inspector. However, they also installed new gutters and that was not so good. I have had many leaks and it appears Petrali is not interested in repairing the leaks. I have been trying for many months to have the leaks repaired to no avail.
