If you have a roof leak, call Jeff Folck at North Peak Roofing & Contracting first. After a few other roofers tried to convince me to replace my entire roof due to non-existent hail damage, Jeff’s honesty and expertise were a breath of fresh air. My house is less than 5 years old, and Jeff saved me from filing an unnecessary insurance claim and the subsequent premium increase. Jeff worked diligently with me for weeks to identify a leak that only appeared during extreme weather. His careful investigation revealed a simple nail under a shingle causing the issue. Thanks to his persistence and integrity, he saved me thousands of dollars. Jeff always responded promptly to my calls and reviewed the photos I sent him to help diagnose the problem. When the source of the leak was finally identified, Jeff scheduled his crew to fix it promptly and professionally. He invested more time and effort into my small repair than it was worth, but he never pushed for unnecessary replacements or costly repairs. Jeff’s honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer service have earned my trust. When I do need a new roof, I will definitely call Jeff to ensure the job is done right!

Jeff was top notch professional and part of every step in our roof replacement, making sure everything ran well and to the highest standard. He checked progress continually and even ran the magnet to check for nails on lawn and driveway 3-4 more times besides what his crew did😁… EXCELLENT!!!

This company is amazing! My new roofing job is complete. When I called or emailed Jeff, I heard back from him promptly. The communication was excellent – his workers came when scheduled and completed the job on time. Everything was tidy when they left – no debris remained around my yard. Jeff also did all of the interaction with my insurance company.

Jeff and the rest of the crew at North Peak Roofing did a great job on my roof replacement. They found some important items the insurance adjuster missed, communicated those to the adjuster, and helped me get a lot more $$ from my insurance company. Although we had to wait a few months for weather to warm up before the shingles could be installed, once it began re-roofing was done professionally and quickly with great communication and no surprises.

I can’t give Jeff Folck enough praise. Really took the time to investigate my leak problem, which we think happened after the 2+ feet of snow we had in this latest March storm. Took pictures, explained in detail what he saw on the roof. Took the time to seal up with silicone, a quick easy fix to something I was worried was going to be extensive and expensive. And, he didn’t even charge me for the 15- or so minutes he was here. I really wanted to pay him for his time and wonderful expertise, but he wouldn’t let me for a quick fix. This is the kind of business that knows that people who are happy with them, will come back and spread the word. Great guy! I will definitely recommend him to any one!

Jeff did a roofing inspection for us pre-purchase of our home in March 2023. He was communicative, thorough, friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend North Peak Roofing and Contracting. (I forgot to write a review back then but better late than never)

We have only wonderful things to say about North Peak Roofing and Contracting. Jeff, the owner, is phenomenal to work with! He’s kind, professional, and trustworthy. He answered all of our questions, explained each step along the way, and kept us updated. His crew worked so hard from sun up to sun down, cleaned up amazingly well, and were very professional. We know of three families in our neighborhood who worked with Jeff and highly recommend his company!

Very nice to work with. Communicated well throughout the process with a positive attitude. Highly recommend putting on a Class 4 SBS impact resistant roof if you’re so inclined. North Peak did a fantastic job working with my insurance company. No hidden costs, extras, gotchyas, etc. Everything quoted was what ended up on the final assessment. Jeff is good people and will take care of you. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Jeff and North Peak Roofing to replace my roof and gutters. Jeff was great at communicating from start to finish. I was working through an insurance claim and Jeff was awesome at identifying and communicating to my insurance company additional damage that was not listed by the adjuster on the original filing.
