Mike O’Brien and his team at Custom Exteriors are great. Professional, kind, and thorough. Mike was very patient with us, and especially with our insurance company and claim case worker. Mike also made sure that we received the best possible outcome for our claim, and provided in depth explanation of the process throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Mike and Custom Exteriors.

When it comes to fixing hail damage, replacing your roof or siding, putting in new exterior doors or windows, or even getting a new paint job, Custom Exteriors is the best around! Mike, John, and their team have done the absolute best work when it comes to taking care of the exterior of my home, and the quality and service are miles above other similar companies. I will be using their services until the day my kids force me out of the house and into a retirement home. And then I will recommend them for any work needed for whatever retirement home they put me in!

The service and workmanship is exceptional. We had a bit of a siding emergency. They came out to review the damage the same morning I contacted them and fixed the issue the next day. They are very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Custom Exteriors.

Custom Exteriors recently completed roof repairs on our home and it was an absolutely seamless process. They were very responsive, they had someone out the same week I called, and the work was completed that same week. Their prices were fair and the communication was excellent. I specifically worked with John and he communicated every step of the way and made sure we were taken care of. I couldn’t recommend Custom Exteriors enough!

Everyone associated with Custom Exteriors was great. Dealing with homeowners insurance was challenging to say the least but they handled everything for us. Shout out to John and Mike in particular for working diligently and always keeping me up on all the progress. The end result is great!! Stephanie in the office was always so helpful and efficient as well. This company is highly recommended by me!

Mike and Chris gave us a very detailed quote and outline of our roof replacement. We had an 8,000 sq ft warehouse with a 20 year old metal roof in need of total replacement. They handled all the details, helped us prep paperwork for insurance, and provided a timeline. They always replied to questions within one business day and gave us guidance that was invaluable. Their crew was incredibly respectful and quiet. Best experience I’ve ever had with a roofer.
