We had a great experience with S&S Construction. The customer service was excellent and they were always helpful at all times. From the beginning, Robert and Robyn, sales consultants, were very friendly, always attentive to detail and made the process with the insurance company a lot easier. Vanessa, office director, was always kind and willing to answer any questions we had without making us feel rushed. We did run into a major challenge and Sergio, the owner of the company, got involved and made sure we were taken care of immediately. I highly recommend S&S Construction for anyone’s roofing repair needs…they deliver quality work and great customer service!

I met this company ( S&S Construction Services LLC )by chance while a representative named Robert had come to my neighbors. From the beginning it made me think if that’s worth it to work with them, but after we had a conversation with Robert he explained different details about the roof, I realized that he is a professional and knows his domain. (We got hail damage on our roof and attached structures). Immediately after this conversation I notified the insurance company and opened a claim case. The agent was present when the insurance adjustor was on site. Because we have solar panels, the process gets a little more complicated and again Robert was helpful for organizing with both companies S&S and Solar company. The process of removing the solar panels took a long time, because the company was super busy and we encountered a problem with roofing materials shortage. Already at this time another representative of S&S named Vanessa was very helpful and patiently helped us find the necessary materials for our home. (She contacted all the surrounding companies to find for us what we needed). The team that worked are professionals with culture and respect for customers. After they finished their work, they left everything clean and used that magnet a few times around the house to leave no nails.(They worked quietly without disturbing someone). Many times I reached Robert and Vanessa with different questions and they were always receptive and polite. Each step was jointly scheduled. “S&S Construction Services LLC” is a team of professionals who listen to customer needs and perform high quality work. Great company, excellent workmanship, very professional people and exquisite work, we definitely recommend them to everyone.

I made contact with S&S through a former contractor who was no longer working due to injuries. His site inspector was contacted who was now working for S&S. The work to be completed due to hail damage was discussed. The S&S agent was present when the insurance adjustor was on site. We were contacted before materials arrived as to an anticipated start date. Workers on site were courteous and respectful of the property. Magnetic cleanup was done well. There was some minor touch up following the re-roofing process which was completed sucessfully and skillfully by an S&S worker. Communication with the S&S office by email was responded to within a 24hour period. Information was timely, informative, and helpful. All permits and necessary items were handled successfully by S&S. The amount quoted for roofing, gutters, etc were within the insurance adjustment amount received. Quality work and quality people were my experience.

If I could give a zero or negative I would. They were hired by my Aunt and she is senior citizen, they were paid in full, the siding, well the half of siding they actually installed is white, not almond, they wont finish the job, will not return phone calls at all. It makes me sick this company took advantage of and elderly person and could care less. They did a horrible job. I am going to contact the BBB as well contact a lawyer. And saddest thing is when I asked her what are you going to do, she said well they wont finish. I can not stand by and let her be taken advantage of! You should be ashamed!

First off beware they will try and scam you out of what you purchased, and their sales guy Robert and Robin, will stalk you and show up at your home late at night to bug you to sign a contract, then once you do like we did we purchased extra for the more expensive shingles, and thinking that we’re stupid they brought the wrong ones and put them on and try to say they were the shingles we paid extra for, if it wasn’t for my husband checking and doing his research, they would have gotten away with it, so my husband talked to the owner Sergio and he tried to say oh no those are the right ones, then finally said oh I’m sorry we thought those were the right ones, then we agreed on keeping them with the money we already gave them which was close to 9 grand and agreed to sign another contact saying we will accept the roof we have, and then Robert showed up and tried to scam us for more money, smh. So please please please be aware of this shady company. And his pushy sales guy Robert !!!! I will never recommend them to nobody!!! I lost a days work, cause of them cause they would not keep my gate shut and and letting my dogs get out. They are a rip off company, trying to be sneaky.. they will rip u off!!! Beware next I writing to the better business bureau. Rip offs!!!! Funny they won’t respond to this review. Cause they know it’s all true..
