We had STEEP FLAT ROOFING replace our existing roof. My spouse is very picky and a perfectionist. He’s put in 40 yrs of construction so he knows the business. Selso and his ” team” won our trust! He came to give us an estimate when he said, and on time too. He was able to answer ALL of our questions and assured us he could do the job in our time frame. We were at crunch time to meet the demands from our insurance co. He and his team (includes the guys who do the roofing to the very kind ladies who run the office. They are a family run business and they truly believe in customer service! Nothing was a problem, and they bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. They also cleaned up evey day and showed up EVERY DAY and ON TIME ! Selso showed up every day to make sure his team was on track and did the work himself as well. We highly recommend STEEP FLAT ROOFING for your roofing needs where customer satisfaction is first and foremost with this business. Good work for a fair competitive price.

Steep Flat roof was great to work with. We got a great estimate on our roof repair and they were able to fit us in even earlier then planned. The technician that did the work did a great job. You can’t even tell we’re the repair was done, a great match up with the old shingles!!! After the job was done he cleaned up on the roof and down below and made sure all was cleaned up. Overall a great local business that I would recommend to everyone here!!

I was referred to Steep flat roofing.. and glad I was. They did a great job for a repair I had. Previously I have used a different roofer and was disappointed with their workmanship. Steep flat pricing was very good. Selso and their office professionalism was A + from getting an estimate to completing the work. I will be referring them to my friends.

I had a rain gutter repair that needed to be fixed. I called several businesses to come out and give me an estimate. Most took my information and said they would get back to me, but only Steep Flat Roofing stepped up and said they would send someone in only 3days. Senyo the technician came on the promised time and finished the job that day! I am handicapped senior citizen and would recommend them to all seniors because they are very honest and professional. They really care about their customers! I have been at my house for over 35yrs and have had many repairs done. They are the very best and when I need a new roof they will be my first choice.

Steep Flat Roofing stood out in their customer service and responsiveness. Whenever I needed to ask a question, I could always get in touch with someone and often get a same day response if it was something at my house. I had multiple other roofers fail to even follow through with a written estimate (before they had money in hand) and Steep Flat maintained great communication throughout my project.

When I say this company was heaven sent, I mean it. It started on the rainiest day, and my roof was leaking. I called 7 roofing companies, and only one answered this one. A live person, I explained my predicament, and Janet sent her guys that same day to tarp it until I could get it repaired and worked everythingoug with me . They were honest and up front, and I was able to get the repairs done today, so I scheduled the appointment. They came out again on time, did their work efficiently and finished on time, and cleaned up after themselves. I hope I don’t need a roofer soon, but if I do, I know who I’m calling. The other 6 companies? only 3 returned my call, and it was after Janet took care of me, and she was amazing. I will also refer them to any of my friends and family who may need roofing done.
