Please do yourself a favor and stop searching for a roofer. Choose Pivotal Roofing now. Trust me, they are the best value and offer fair pricing for exceptional work. They did a tile relay for me, which means they lifted my existing tile and laid new roofing paper. They also put in new metal pieces around corners and in grooves. They put personal touches that homeowners will appreciate. For example, without me asking they put a metal piece over a very exposed area in which water can gather. This piece diverted water from risky areas to my rain gutter.

Pierr responded quickly to my roof leaking down and around my fireplace. He placed tarps all around my roof to stop the leaking until the rain stopped. His team came back and fixed it and my family now have peace when it rains knowing that it is not an issue anymore. Great job. Highly recommend these guys.

We were referred to Pivotal Rooofing by a satisfied neighbor. Hayden was very flexible and scheduled the inspection of the roof immediately. Per our request, he provided a written report of the damages and the causes. The repair was scheduled as promised and re scheduled for an earlier date as soon as their crews had an opening. The job was performed and completed satisfactorily in one day. The accounting department facilitated the payment of the report and initial deposit and always responded to our inquiries very quick. In summary, we are very happy with the services and responsiveness of all the people involved. We will definitively recommend Pivotal Roofing to friends and clients.
