Simply one of the best roofing companies in San Diego County. The owner has years of roofing experience and great judgement to help you decide if you need a repair or replacement. I work in property management and have used other licensed roofers that subbed out their work and left me with a new roof that wasn’t done properly. Sandoval Roofing does not sub out his work and has long time experienced employees that do their work . I just hired their company to replace a hot mopped flat roof with a new torch down roof. The hardworking crew stripped the entire roof one day and put down a protective layer. The next couple of days they completed two layers of torch down. They were very careful to protect my tenants things and to clean up any mess. The new roof is beautiful and the process couldn’t have gone better. My tenant reported they did an amazing job. Raymond the owner, is trustworthy and fair and your job is good hands if you choose Sandoval Roofing. I knew they had a great reputation and it was worth the wait to get into their schedule. I believe you will be very pleased with the outcome if you choose to hire Sandoval Roofing.

I chose to have Mr. Sandoval handle the work repair of our roof, because I searched online for a company that had the best reviews. Sandoval Roofing was one of the few who had excellent reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed. From the first day that someone came to inspect the roof, I sensed the professionalism and level of responsibility the company puts into their work. The job was done in a timely manner and with care. Raymond totally had our backs when a solar company drilled holes in the brand new roof…and then forgot about them. He just took care of it – repaired the damage and made me feel taken care of. And this was after he’d done a bang up job installing the roof in the first place!

In today’s society it seems that no one does their job. I was very happy to find out that this is not the case with Sandoval Roofing. They showed up on time for starters. They gave me a competitive bid. They did a very nice job of repairing our roof and cleaned up all the mess from the repairs they did. They were professional and courteous in all my interactions with them. I am very happy that I chose Sandoval Roofing to repair our roof and have no reservations in recommending them. I rarely write reviews but had to because everything about Raymond and his team was amazing. They were able to find a leak 3 other contractors had not been able to detect. Very professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond. We highly recommend and plan to use them when we replace the original roof in a larger area of the home. Also loved that Amber answered the phone when we called and treated us like family. Best of all, the repair of the mystery leak held up after flash thunder, lightning and rain storm this morning. Thank you Raymond, Jose, Amber and team! Can’t wait for more rainy days now!

I’ve used this company twice now. They were on time and very professional. Once they finish they clean everything up. They left my outside areas spotless. Highly recommend.
