With a neighbor projected to use this vendor (details listed below), this was a portion of my very short call with them. Me: How long have you’ve been in business? Rocket Roofers: Little over three years and we are booked for three weeks Me: Prior to this business, what did you do? Rocket Roofers: Does it matter Me: Yes Rocket Roofers: Go use somebody else —- My neighbor is (at this time) contracted Rocket Roofers to do repair work. My neighbor was scheduled to start work but did not arrive. Phone calls and messages were sent to inquire why they didn’t show up without any success. Given the very few replies on this thread while highlighting that the “few replies” were glowing provide tangible evidence that this vendor planted these “positive replies.” ~ check out their website where ONLY glowing reviews are seen within 10 comments (in THREE years!!) would make any smart and savvy homeowner wonder why there were so few positives – hmmmmmm. They are also not listed in Yelp, another revealing and useful information. They also have three separate listings to place an interview. Feel free to check and see how many of the same “positive” reviews are on all three separate reviews – lol! Familiar and sad scenario often seen of a business seeing short term profits with little concern or priority of providing customer service with whatever “warranty/guaranty” being useless because they will not be in business when the need/requirement to back their “warranty/guarantee) arises. They have the right to be in business Homeowners have the responsibility to work with reputable and high quality business with a proven record that places a high priority on customer service/satisfaction – hence NOT using this contractor is the path to take if one places a high value on using one’s monies wisely Choice is Yours

I have used this company several times to do full roofs, and we have passed inspection every time. Pricing has never been too low or too high because we usually do get a couple bids per project. Alan is very attentive to each project and actually cares highly recommend.

Rocket roofing did such a great job, Justin was great explained all the work he did and even showed me pictures of the work I would give them 10 stars if I could I definitely will recommend them to friends and family the price was reasonable too.

Alan and his team were fantastic! They scheduled me in quickly for a repair on my tile roof and even came to do a temporary fix after rain was predicted. Edwin (who did most of the work) was absolutely awesome! He worked his butt off, was on time, and finished in record time. Eddie (who came later to help) was also fantastic! I highly recommend Rocket Roofing!
