The guy called from Angi’s list to give me a free estimate. He came and I understood right away why his reviews on Google are very poor. Different roof companies with better star ratings are available at better prices and quality.

Jeff was doing a tune-up on our roof prior to selling when he found a broken board where the roof had been leaking. He was able to fix the problem immediately with no extra charge. I can’t express how wonderful it is to hire a true professional who knows how to take care of his customers. Recommending to all my friends and family. Thank you.

I called this company to replace a few cracked tiles. Darren, the representative, was initially responsive, and sold me a $1,500 “tune up” that included sealing the ridge. A few months later, one of the ridge tiles fell off the roof and cracked three more tiles. After contacting Darren again, I couldn’t get anyone to even come out and look at the roof. This included five separate occasions where promises/appointments were made and no one showed up. Darren has since stopped responding to text messages. I finally got tired of waiting and replaced the tiles myself, for a total cost of $14.

Company rep Scott came out with fast smooth talk, pushing product…service, then throwing in coupons and dollars off is signed then and there without looking things over. And kept going on about other contractors not showing up and then on and on about mold…it was strange. Felt like I was in a bad used car dealership…pushed and rushed. Told him I wanted to think about it and get other quotes from venders, Then when I emailed saying I preferred all items to be over email so I could reference…he never wrote back nor contacted me again. I went with another company, and very glad I did, the did the work he said he couldn’t (wanted to replace entire sections for one minor leak), and the other company was much more reasonable, gave me time to think and everything in writing. Would not recommend this company just on their sales tactics and pitches alone…don’t know about their workman ship, did not get that far.
