I was very impressed with Dylan Evans knowledge of the roof that we purchase. And explain how the process of removal of old roof and the installing the new roof would happen. He also told me that my old roof had no vents and He would install the proper vents. It was great to work with Dylan.

No nonsense, very straight-forward and friendly business. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is worried about the stress that may be associated with getting a roof maintained & solar panels cleaned. PS: After the cleaning we got an improvement of around 10% in output from the solar panels, so cleaning does seem to help! (In our install we had a maximum of ~18kwh/day before the cleaning, across multiple years, and immediately after the cleaning we got around 19.8-20kwh, which was quite a jump because on our install we’ve never seen numbers that high)

Replaced shingle roof and 4 attic windows. Not a straightforward job (location, pitch), but came in on budget and on time. Dylan the project manager did a good job explaining what was being done and why. He was easy to contact and responsive. Original estimate was significantly lower than other companies seemingly offering same service.

They worked very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Harry made sure to accommodate all our needs and requests. We are very happy with the work; they did a beautiful job on our roof. I called lifetime roofing company for re-roofing a low-slope torch down roof approximately 700sqft in size. They responded immediately and sent a project manager for inspection and estimation. After an inspection, we realized there are a lot of soft spots and incorrectly built parts of the roof. Lifetime roofing did a full replacement, including new insulation, OSB and layers of roofing membranes. Lifetime roofing immediately scheduled the work that week, and brought their best team and accommodated our requests for using the highest quality materials. Overall the work was high quality with a 20 year warranty.
