I want to give a shout out to the awesome crew who did the tile reset at my home. Lalo and his crew worked tirelessly to get the job done and I am so pleased with the outcome. Lalo explained what they were doing and more importantly what they were finding which was reassuring to me. I had heard great things about Lalo and his crew and had specifically waited in order to have them do my roof. They did not disappoint. Many of my neighbors have asked what company I used and I have been pleased to recommend them. Additionally, a big shout out to Carissa Vigil who had to go over and beyond in working with my schedule/issues. I would recommend August Roofing to anyone needing to have their roof redone.

They came at 7 and went to work and got everything finished so they didn’t have to come back. It already feels more secure but I am waiting for the rain to be sure. They didn’t make very much noise and they cleaned up nicely. I am actually looking forward for the rain. Thank you. Mary

My experience with August Roofing was to replace a leaking skylight. Everyone I dealt with from Travis who came out to assess and price the job, to Kelsey the project manager, to Rigo the technician/installer, everyone was very professional and the job was competitively priced and met my expectations. My only hesitation for not giving 5 stars is that it took a long time to get what was said to be a simple job finished. Kelsey was very good about keeping me posted but over six weeks to get the replacement skylight and flashing kit, then it turns out the wrong flashing kit was delivered and not realized until installation, causing further delay. At my request, they conducted a leak test after the job was finished. Everything was great, but I think a leak test should be proactively offered by the roofing company. Having said all this, I would certainly use August Roofing again. Despite the delays, it was a pleasure working with them and I felt they were trustworthy and professional.
