Cowboy’s Roofing Inc., replaced underlayment of two properties last year. They deserve more than 5 stars. Their crew was professional, on time, friendly, and did excellent work. Recently, Want to share my experience of mistakenly calling them for warranty (for roof leak) service for another property re-roofed by another roofing. They sent superintendent, Michael Shannon person right away and repaired the problem that was result of poor workmanship of the other company. I commend their response to honor the warranty and my apologies to both David Flores and mike Shannon. They go extra mile for their customers.

My experience with Cowboys and Sons roofing has been very positive. I contacted them for a bid because I had seen one of their crews working on the house across the street from mine a few months ago. After the recent heavy rains I experienced interior damage from my leaking 36 year old roof. Cowboy’s bid was competitive. Because their workload was very high after the rains, they sent out Roberto who found the leak causing the damage and covered that section of the roof with plastic tarp to stop any further damage until they could get me on their schedule a couple weeks later. Their crew of Victor and Martin were very hard workers and very polite in answering my questions. They cleaned up at the end of each day so I did not have to deal with a mess. When they were done I had a problem with a damaged downspout that Mike Shannon came out and corrected right away. I was most impressed with the fact that they stayed with the original quote and did not try to nickel and dime me with additional charges after the fact. I was very happy with the customer service from Daniel and the rest of the Cowboy’s team.

August 2023: RATING one star: “As a subcontractor to Sunrun for a solar installation, Cowboy was brought in to clean our roof. They left black muck EVERYWHERE in both the front and back yards, got black muck on the sides and windows of the house and broke the seal to our skylight over the stairs, After they were done, EVERYTHING a complete DISASTER! ! ! They offered to pay for the window and carpet cleaning and it’s been six months with no resolution with Sunrun and me contacting them. I would NOT RECOMMEND using Cowboys. Apparently, that’s JUST what they are. 😡 March 2024 Update: WOW, Cowboy Roofing finally LISTENED and sent Alejandro over to completely Powerwash strip and reseal the travertine & cement that was grimy and pocked from the roof cleaning. They also paid to have the carpets and windows cleaned. Now THAT’S LISTENING to customers and making things right. I would definitely recommend Cowboy Roofing and Alejandro to anyone. FIVE STAR RATING NOW

After needing to repair our roof twice in the past 5 years it was time to replace our 37 year-old roof. I’ve never gotten so many bids before and landed on Cowboy’s Roofing (CR) on a recommendation from a solar company I knew. CR provided a very competitive bid all-inclusive of solar removal/replacement, which many roofers did not handle. From the go-ahead to availability was just a few weeks. The crew arrived exactly on time and finished the entire job in 7 days. The crews were diligent, hard working, professional, and thorough. Daily cleanup. Reliable to the max. Yes, it’s a hassle, but Cowboy’s Roofing made it just about as hassle free as I think it can be.

Had a great experience with Cowboy’s roofing. Really excellent work team – diligent, hard working -always on time. Easy to work with – scheduling and well priced, simply put good value for money, really nice team that replaced the roof, would definitely recommend them to a friend. Especially like to thank SAM for all her work – juggling the dates I had, and also with pricing. Thank you all.

Showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. EXCELLENT workmanship. Used high quality materials. Completely cleaned up before leaving. Will be recommending to my clients and would definitely use them for another project.
