We hired Sure Roofing to fix a faulty roof installed by another roofer. The old roof was a disaster. The entire Sure team was helpful, from Chris Testa, who quoted the job, to the owners. They identified the leaks left from the faulty roof and fixed the problem and laid a waterproofing layer that should last. Lucky for us they came in before the torrential winter storms and the roof held up. I wish we had hired them in the first place. Richard is the family patriarch and was on site many days to make sure the project proceeded smoothly.

***Update August 2022 We are again having issues with the roof. They came out awhile ago to patch when we discovered it was full of bubbles. Unfortunately, it’s now full of bubbles again. The owner came out and told us the bubbles were fine and refused to do anything about. We are now going to have to purchase a whole new roof from another company. Sure Roofing did not honor their guarantee. —- Original review Luis and the crew did a good job fixing the flat roof that had some leveling issues where too much water was accumulating in one section. They first did a good clean up with a pressure water machine. Then they leveled the sunken section of the roof with a special cement. Then they applied several rolls of the membrane material to cover it. After testing the repair with the hose to make sure the water was running where it needed to go, toward the gutters, they applied a good coat of the silicone paint on the whole roof. Luis was very professional and so were the rest of the guys.

A very professional company that stands by its work. We replaced a flat deck roof that exhibited water intrusion in the apartment below. The location of the leak was difficult to locate but they stuck with it, and during these last few weeks of rain, we didn’t see any water intrusion. They stand by their guarantee and have always been responsive. I would recommend them to anyone.
