Brandon, the boss, provided us with a comprehensive power point presentation detailing every step of the projects, setting clear expectations. Tanner, David, and the rest of the team worked efficiently and systematically, like a well-oiled machine. We were reached out to regularly to address any potential concerns. The whole process was seamless. This was a surprisingly enjoyable experience, as we are usually used to encountering hiccups during such projects and having to dispute with the contractor. My folks had been struggling with leaky skylights. David came by for the initial evaluation and offered a quote for the repair work. He maintained frequent communication via text messages and emails. After the completion of the repair work, we had some rain a few days later. My parents observed that the skylight was still leaking slightly. Regardless, David and his team of roofers in San Francisco were prompt to react and evaluate the situation, eventually resolving the problem successfully!
