Resilient recently replaced our roof and we are pleased with the work. Over the course of the week, quite a number of Resilient employees were here to work on the project – they were all polite, courteous and hard working. Among the crew were Hector Leon, Edwardo, Vitaliano, Jose Vera, Hector Barbarin, Victor, Roberto, Horlando, Elias, Moises, Glen.

Update: Very soon after our roof was installed we had heavy rains. The roof performed like a champ. What a relief to know that it’s done and we can rest easy if we have another rainy winter season. Highly recommend this company.. I called Resilient Roofing based on their reviews. Heather Perdido was assigned to us as our contact person. She has been amazingly responsive and proactive in trying to get our rather complicated roofing project done. The WHOLE Resilient office, everyone we have been in touch with and worked with, has exhibited the highest level of professionalism, customer service and politeness. Truly a rare set of qualities and gifts in these days…….. Heather especially has been on point and stayed on top of all of our needs and requests. I would highly recommend Resilient Roofing and Heather for all of your Roofing needs! Actually scheduled to start our Roofing November 13th. I will update this review after the project is done. But just wanted to get the word out there. I have been VERY impressed by the customer service so far. (Word to the wise: if you have Tesla solar panels and THEY will be the ones taking off your panels and putting them back on, make sure you arrange with them months in advance–)

This is the second time we have used Resilient Roofing and we are very happy. There are some communication issues between the front office and the team in the field. Often times we weren’t really sure who was showing up when BUT they do fantastic work at a very reasonable cost. Eilbert and his assistant were absolutely fabulous. They did a great job, communicated what was happening throughout the entire process and after they cleaned up it was like they were never here. Highly recommend!

The two young blood personnel (I forget their name) working together on my roofing job go above and beyond as excellent workers. Also, the old man does the painting and cleaning of the debris.

Find another company. The workers do not respect your property. Left trash, their lunches and drinks all over property. Was told it would take 3-4 days to complete a 1800sqft roof. Took them 4 weeks with no communication. Hounded us for payment when they were not completed with project. 35k and multiple issues. Zero customer service and lack of communication. Deeply dissatisfied.

I have used Resilient Roofing for several projects now including roof repair and new seamless gutters. Every time they have communicated with me throughout the scheduling process letting me know what to expect, when the crew will arrive and even sending me post project photos. Great company and highly recommend them
