Do not use this company. We had a small leak over our garage. Company charged $1,400 and made the leak worse. After three attempts to fix, the dry season came and we had to wait to see if the repair would hold. Sure enough, with all the rain today, the garage is again leaking. We are now giving up and starting from scratch with a new, more reputable company to do the repair.

Unprofessional and non-communicative company that missed EVERY appointment with the Building Inspector. They tore EVERYTHING off the roof before getting an OK to tear off all antennas, satellites, flashing and gutter screens. Wth? Left a huge trash pile mess on our lawn for 24 hours. Then did a rushed job and did not replace the flashing around the chimney or the gutter screens. The office failed to coordinate anything so nobody knew what anyone else was doing. Not recommended.

I was given 15 minutes notice before they started tearing my roof. Due to rain in the forecast, I told the Denisha and Felipe not to tear the roof off. They tore my roof without my permission. They cut off the ends of rotted wood and attached a short piece to the end, did not replace many pieces of rotted wood, replaced with untreated wood and left a pile of garbage on driveway. They were fired and they attached flimsy plastic over the roof. My house had water leaks with 6 holes in the ceiling. I called and texted Felipe before, during and after the rain, but he wouldn’t answer.

A no-show for the estimate appointment and then two weeks of awful follow-up customer service. If you want to avoid frustration take your business elsewhere.

This is the most rudist and carefree roofing company…these guys do not represent a profession company at all..as matter of fact. I filed a lawsuit against faulty repairs.
