Grandmark Roofing sent Omar to our house for a diagnostic of our air conditioner. Omar discovered that the previous guy who had serviced our air conditioner had rigged our capacitors, and we were days away from our motor going out. Omar and Grandmark Roofing saved us hundreds! They fixed the capacitor for a fair price, ran a proper diagnostic, and made sure the air conditioner was running! We will definitely use this company again! Thank you, Grandmark Roofing!

We got off to a misstep in our initial appointment time, but our repair technician Eric arrived the following morning. He was polite and professional and was kind enough to allow me to hang around, watching what he was doing and pestering him with questions. I learned quite a bit about my A/C system from him. I would recommend this company and technician highly.

Hector was very conscientious and thorough. Unfortunately, he was a junior technician who did not have the full range of tools to address and fix anything more than routine cleaning and inspection. He called his office to send a senior tech for the following day.

Eric came to my business and found the problem in 10 seconds. He then explained to me that I should use an expensive capacitor so it doesn’t go out. He charged me $849 for 30 minutes when I looked up the capacitor online it was $60, he told me that I’m actually paying for his schooling and for the warranty but yet he tried to sell me a “cheap” capacitor for $400 in which the cost of it was $39 . As a business owner, I work hard for what I have and I feel like this company stole from me and my family took advantage of my ignorance
