Found Citywide on social media and I sent them my information within an hour I had an appointment set up and two hours later I had Leron at my house! He inspected my roof and showed me where my leaks were coming from. Leron was very thorough and was able to explain the benefits of replacing my roof instead of patching it. I had a new roof installed within two weeks. Leron told me that the roof would help with reflecting the sun and in this nasty heat I can feel the difference. I have recommended Citywide to all my friends and family and am happy to find a company that didn’t pressure me and explained everything to me the right way!

I hired citywide Roofing Inc to install new roof and replaced new gutters for my property. Pricing are very reasonable. They keep me post and e mailed me pictures during work progress. Project was done within 10 days. They are very eager and very professional. I would recommend Citywide Roofing to my friend. Thanks Citywide. They did good job.

Originally Lee stated they would meet or beat any quote and requested I forward our first bid to them. One week later I received a call from Joye, was optimistic, but the bid came in at 4k more and did not include gutters like the previous quote. Unfortunately they wasted a week of our time for no reason.

This was the easiest install I have experienced The contractor listen to me. The garage door went in smoothly The fellow that came to measure the windows was on time made a suggestion on a smooth install. The window installers showed up on time. They worked efficiently and helped hang my curtains I’m a short old lady. I greatly appreciate all their hard work

I was looking to have my 30 year old roof replaced. I looked and got three quotes for cool roof. Citywide roofing was the only one to follow up with me on the quote proposal they provided. They came on the date they promised and communicated every step of the project and met all datelines as promised. I called and made an appointment to get an estimate for a roof replacement. I was told someone named Cody would be here on Monday, July 17, between 10-11 am. At 11:30 on Monday, I got a call that they were canceling my appointment because they did not service Auburn. I thought that was strange, since their website says they serve Placer County. I wouldn’t have hired them anyway. They could have called days ago to tell me they weren’t coming.
