Majestic Home Builders Rancho Santa Margarita 3 years agoThe rudest person I have ever worked with. I was calling because my 87 year old grandmother about to go on hospice (which I shared with Frank, who was the person I was speaking to and claims it’s his business) and needs a walk-in tub. I made it VERY clear to Frank that I was calling to get 1 piece of information and a cost estimate, and that I was NOT poised to buy anything from him in the next few weeks. Frank proceeds to go on a tangent telling me about “the most expensive tub he’s ever sold.” I redirected him and asked him for the exact cost estimate on an exact model. He granted that to me. I then asked for some product information, which he told me to get on the website. I told him I was on the website, and couldn’t find it. His response? It’s MY fault. He didn’t even offer to help!!! He went on to “scold” me about my inability to find it on his website and that he “knows it’s there and yo’ure just not looking hard enough.” I told him that was NOT the right thing to say to someone looking to buy, and he proceeded to tell me I was rude and hung up on him. I’m in Marketing and Sales. Who needs walk-in tubs? People with disability or elderly people. Their loved ones, who are making these types of purchasing decisions, need compassion, empathy, and help. NOT being scolded for trying to find the right information about end-of-care life. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

FBR Construction 9 months agoTotally recommend. Very thorough and professional. Made certain that everything was well done. Robbie is so engaged and willing to help out with Insurance claims. Robbie is reachable and even though we had an issue after we had already paid them, they came back and took care of rectifying it quickly. Very honest which is rare in this industry.
