I’ve had a problem ever since I went with this company. They started my roof January 9 and here it is July 3 still having an issue then I almost lost my homeowners insurance. I need to replace my roof and they’re telling me since things were stored or delivered on top of theirs that war is Null void so basically they’re trying to get out of doing my roof correctly and or paying me for it they are rip off. Do not use this company.

I’m so grateful we are working with Noah for a roof replacement. We lost of our roof during the December/january 2022/2023 storms in my area. I immediately contacted Garner and got connected with Noah. He came out and did a thorough inspection and quote pretty quickly. After that, my insurance company drug their feet for literally months. Noah really went to bat for us, doing his best to make contact with an unresponsive insurance company. Once we finally made headway, Noah was able to get the ball rolling within just days and get our job started. We received really poor customer service from other roofing companies and little to no communication. This was not the case with garner! Looking forward to them doing the work.

Michael Porter was very nice courteous and helpful. Day of inspection was great. But it’s now been nearly a week and I still don’t have the report!! Which I really need for insurance purposes!! I read your reply but don’t know how to comment on it. I have called your office every day for 3 days. Still no report, and today I had to leave a message and no one has called me back. Update: After my 4th daily phone call to the office trying to obtain the report, the technician, Michael Porter, called me directly and apologized. There appeared to have been confusion and miscommunication within the company, but he sorted it out and got the report to me that morning. He was very nice, I have the report to send to Cal Fair Plan, all is well.

A warning. Stay away from Garner Roofing. Signed up for the 41 point inspection off a flier I received in the mail. After the technician came out, never received any documentation on what they found. We have some water damage. Took over a week to get the quote. Quote came in around $5,000, almost no description on what they were doing for $5,000. Called everyday this week to speak to the manager. She never called me back. Would never do business with this type of company.

So far, so great. Michael came over and gave me fair estimates for work on my mom’s house. Was honest, polite and I felt like I was talking to an old friend, not a guy just giving me an estimate. I felt like he actually cared and I wasn’t just a $$ dollar sign. Highly recommend. Looking forward to getting my mother’s roof fixed, then mine!

Michael was very clear and precise about the possible fixes to our roof. He provided us with several quotes for different issues so we could do them over time as needed. He also gave us photos and explained what the issues where and how they would be addressed.
