They aren’t even done with my house here in Lancaster and I can tell you already THESE are the people you want. Our roof was 40 years old. They have been replacing all kinds of boards, trim, and even painting what needs to be painted to match the house. We are getting a Cool Roof put on and it’s going very well. Cristian is very thoughtful and goes out of his way to do a very professional job. His crew seems like they’ve been together a long time and are extremely thorough and nice. Hard working, in good spirits, showing up on-time. We spoke to three other contractors before finding APro and we’re so glad we did our homework. Excellent! Perfect price. No shortcuts. Thank you! Update! They’re finished. Holy smokes! Looks incredible and they gave us about 10 drone photos. Again, wow. Thank you. 🙂

Christian at A-Pro Roofing came out to evaluate a problem we were having with leaks on our 37 year old tile roof. He provided us several options without being pushy. They offered us a fair price in comparison to several other quotes that were much higher. I had the company complete a smaller job at a family members house which went well so I decided to go with A-Pro for my full roof replacement. They immediately scheduled the job and got working right away. He was very professional and has been in the business for many years. On the initial day of the job he came out with his crew, showed us the materials they were using, and the guys got started right away. The crew was very professional about completing their job not only quickly but efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.

Hard working men that were on my roof!!. Pleasant to talk with. Answered questions that I had. Clean up was good after every day of work. Christian was very prompt at answering texts and phone call. October ’23. It was time for a new roof and I was dreading having to play eeny, meeny, miny, moe with multiple companies. A new roof is an expensive and scary undertaking. Unless you “know” someone you still end up knocking on wood and hoping for the best even after researching and reading countless reviews. Well, have no fear A-Pro Roofing is here! From our intial contact thru the jobs completion, this company epitomizes professionalism. Great communication, punctual, quality workmanship, permits, insurance, workers comp, physical product, efficiency and on and on – they checked every single box. 6 months and a long winter later, the roof still looks great with zero issues. A-Pro Roofing are professionals. Christian was cordial, prompt and gave us a fair price. We have a nearly 40 year old roof and had the underlayment, battens, flashings, and eave risers replaced. They replaced sheeting as needed. Tiles were reused, as is normal. The crew showed up on time and quickly went to work. At the end of each day (about 4.5 days) the crew cleaned-up all roofing material and made sure there was nothing left around the house. When the job was complete Christian did a walk-around and addressed a few minor issues without hesitation. A couple of guys from his crew came by to take care of it and leave us a stack of extra tiles (great for future tile breaks). Christian even gave us a call after first rain to see if everything was okay. Things to note: roofing install is loud, so expect it. After nearly 40 years the amount of dirt and dust accumulated under the tiles is a lot and the wind blows it around. One thing I would do is put a tarp over any A/C units to keep the dirt out. Our experience with A-Pro Roofing was great. Highly recommend.

A-Pro Roofing did an excellent job for me. I had the curved type tiles and had a lot of damage due to pigeons. They helped me with a minor repair and didn’t charge me since my roof needed to be replaced. They were very honest. I got multiple bids and they were by far the most competitive. The crew worked very hard (I complimented them how they were “kicking butt”). At the end they even power washed my concrete and stucco since there was such a mess from removing the old roof. Christian came in person to look over everything to make sure everything was done to his satisfaction. Great communication throughout the whole job. I highly recommend this company!
