My experience with Mike and the team from Golden Hill Roofing Company was nothing short of perfection! Mike handled the process of working with my insurance to replace my roof. He kept me well informed through the process and worked quickly to see that the work was done effectively. This company is highly professional and I will recommend to everyone I know. All around an excellent experience. We had some loose shingles from a storm and contacted Golden Hill Roofing Company via email Sunday night and on Monday they emailed me back and scheduled John to come out on Tuesday afternoon to inspect the damage. Really like how they use a drone to look over the roof and take pictures. It’s safe and just a great use of tech. John was very nice, professional, and honest. Tuesday night we were emailed and texted a quote and were able to sign off and approve it immediately online. Thursday they contacted us and had us scheduled for the repair first thing Friday morning. Friday John and Carlos came and made quick work of the repair. Overall just excellent work, reasonable pricing, and they were very professional and responsive. We will definitely contact them for all our future roofing needs. Thanks John, Carlos and Golden Hill Roofing Company!!

After starting the insurance claim with another roofing company, we weren’t receiving answers to questions or even getting an invoice on what work would be performed for our new roof. The other company would schedule a time to meet, but never show up but would text an hour after scheduled times and say they wouldn’t be able to arrive. A friend referred John and his Golden Hill Roofing Company team to me. Contacted John around 6pm and he had an estimate/invoice to me by 8 am the next morning. He was able to get us on the schedule for Saturday morning, and at a cost before our insurance payout. Outstanding customer service! His team arrived promptly at 7 am and were done before 3pm, including cleaning all the debris. John was able to also file or roof warranty for us. Great experience and I highly recommend Golden Hill Roofing Company!

Had Golden Hill Roofing Company come out on a house I just bought that was leaking (and should have been caught on repair report when I bought it) Adam arrived and was able to identify the issue and photo quickly and make repairs quickly before big storm rolled in. Our first experience with roofing work since moving and Golden Hill Roofing Company and Adam were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Great job! Highly recommend using them. After months of being visited by many roofing companies soliciting our business, we decided to do our own research and found Golden Hill Roofing Company. I’m so glad we did. We knew we had roof damage from storms and Denis and Jason (owners) confirmed it. We decided to go with them and are so glad we did. Denis is awesome to work with! He was there every step of the way explaining our needs and even sitting down with me during our call to the insurance company. He was there when the adjuster came and there several times during the installation. We could get a hold of him very easily. We never felt we were alone in the process. His crew is very hardworking and clean up was thoroughly done. Oh, and our roof looks amazing!! We highly recommend Golden Hill Roofing Company!!

Called Golden Hill Roofing Company about a quote on repairing a piece of trim blown off an eve. He’s one of my neighbors. He stopped by to check it out. He had it nailed back up in minutes. No charge. To me, that speaks to his character and Golden Hill Roofing Company as well. I could only offer my sincere thanks and a promise to give them preference when our roof needs attention in the future.

Leo and his staff removed and replaced our roof in one day. They worked very diligently and in a timely manner, and I could tell they were there to get the job done right! When they finished, the cleanup was awesome; not so much as a sliver of anything left anywhere—I was amazed when they left! And from the first contact with Golden Hill Roofing Company, I felt we were with the right company. He presented the estimate and answered any question we had with expertise! I definitely would recommend Golden Hill Roofing Company and team to handle any job that is put before them; and have already given contact info to a friend!

They were there from cleanup to final touchup. Communication was amazing. Their contractors do amazing work. I could not have asked for a better experience during such a catastrophic loss. I would use Golden Hill Roofing Company again without hesitation.

We chose Golden Hill Roofing Company for a few reasons; all employees work for Golden Hill Roofing Company (not contract labor), stood by their quoted price, hand-drive nails (no nail gun), service after the job (a leak repair).
