There was a specific part of my roof in Manhattan Beach that had been previously added by another contractor during an extension. Luis proposed installing a superior base material beneath the new shingles to avert any future issues. The cleaning process was also outstanding, avoiding the inconvenience of a dumpster in my driveway for days.
