The crew arrived at 7:00 am and by 3:30 pm, they were finished, and I mean thoroughly finished, and left. Jeffrey was exceptional from start to finish during the entire process. This included the team at Top Notch Roofing’s front office. There was no sales pressure, he simply provided me with an honest estimate for a full roof replacement. He was open to all my questions and concerns. Once the job was completed, I wasn’t quite satisfied with the trim around my skylight. Upon raising this issue with Jeffrey, he had his team, including Caden and Eli, at my Lynwood home the very next day. They promptly adjusted it to my liking, without any hassle. The customer service I received was some of the best I’ve experienced in a long time.
