dwayne is an outstanding sales representative. he was not excessively pushy and worked seamlessly with insurance, despite me starting the claim process on my own to evaluate various services. the customer service from james at la roof co was excellent. he kept me consistently informed about the progress and successfully arranged a few last-minute additions, including a chimney cricket and a split boot for the electrical service line mount. hats off to the roofing team, they were top-notch. they removed three layers of old shingles, re-sheathed a 2000 sq ft roof in los angeles, installed new cricket flashing and drip edge, and re-shingled the roof all in one day. that’s an impressive accomplishment with just 5 guys. the caliber of their work was first-class.

I had a fantastic experience with LA Roof Co. and I feel compelled to share why I would recommend them and certainly use their services again. Following a windstorm in Los Angeles last fall, we suffered significant shingle damage. Since I had never previously needed a new roof, I found myself conducting extensive research and obtaining 4 or 5 individual quotes. LA Roof Co. offered competitive pricing and warranties, but what set them apart was their willingness to communicate directly with our insurance company adjustor. Thanks to their assistance, the insurance agreed to fund a complete roof replacement rather than just addressing specific sections. The removal and installation process this past week, handled by Dwayne and James, went off without a hitch and the new roof looks fantastic!
