I call Wasson roofing the Monday after we got the tropical rain storm in August and had developed a leak. I was told that I would have to be put on a waiting list and I would be called to set up an appointment in about 2 weeks. As of October 25 th , no call. Because it was taking so long and we are getting close to the rainy season, I called another roofer , who came out and within a week and a half, he repaired my roof. I guess the little jobs are not an priority . I won’t be calling when my roof needs to be replaced. UPDATE: They finally called me in November a week before a rain storm is coming and left a message stating they couldn’t help me. Terrible customer service.

Had them come out and fix a leak and it didn’t work. Had them put 2x’s, Still didn’t fix it correctly.

I called during a very busy time for them, so it took a little while to hear from them. But they were nice and proffessional. My issue was small and not as urgent, but they diagnosed and fixed it quickly. Very satisfied.

DO NOT USE!!! DO NOT USE!!! DO NOT USE!!! This review is for Raw Construction / Robert A Wasson “General Contractor for Roofing Raw Construction showed up, flagged supposed “repairs” that only they can fix, quote you their price, and then they only send trainees out to fix the issue instead of the licensed contractor. Full Story: We engaged Raw Construction for for a roof certification on the sale of our property. There were several issues. First the contractor came out and flagged items for repair on our roof that had been permitted, installed by another contractor, and signed off by the county. Raw Construction stated that only they could fix the issues themselves that “they found” for the cert, instead of bringing the original contractor out to resolve the issue. Then on the day of the repairs, the contractor doesn’t bother to show up, but instead sends an unlicensed trainee to do the repairs. The trainee shows up with the wrong material for the job and has to go back for additional maternal. Then we get a phone call back that the contractor has decided to not do the repairs and certification after making us wait to schedule us for the repairs. The contractor gave us multiple excuses and even accused my wife of saying unkind words about him, but it seemed to come back to they did not want to do the work.

I loved the fact that they went above and beyond what they had originally thought was necessary. They was more damaged than they planned for but took care of each issue.

Fast, affordable, motivated, and very professional. Quality work and thoughtful about customer needs and looks at what they really need to have accomplished with their roofing situation. They communicate well and have a really amazing and family oriented people. If I get a new house that requires roofing, I will make sure to use this team again I couldn’t expect anything more from them. They were patient with me to get to the point where I can make the move on getting my roofing redone. They stripped everything off in one day and in total it took less than a week to finish everything.
