We are a GC and we enjoyed working with Essential. Great crew to work with. We had a client in need of emergency roofing repairs during the rain storms this past winter and Essential came through to complete the work on time before the 3+ months heavy rains. Highly recommend this team for new work and reconstruction for sloped and flat roofing.

Our building had issues with leaking….Heard from a nearby business that they had used Essential Roofing for their business roof and that they were amazing. We contacted them and spoke with Pete and Aran. We were extremely impressed by their professionalism and customer experience. They had an inspector our the next day to assess our needs. The provided a clear and concise estimate and took the time to walk us through all aspects of the job. They arrived on time, completed our complete roof install in the agreed upon time and more importantly at the estimated price (no “change order” games like we have had with other trades)…they left the parking lot cleaner than it was when they started. We are so happy we chose Essential Roofing and would highly recommend them to any business with roofing needs
