Called few times and made two appointments they never showed up neither called me to reschedule If the job is too big for this company all what they have to say is sorry we won’t be able to take on this job. They wasted so much of my time apparently they don’t understand time is money

Requested a quote for a reroof and sealing a specialized roof balcony on a property I was in escrow on. Mike came out and was very professional and looked at everything. He got me the quote the day day to submit to the property owner, very reasonable pricing with a detailed report for the work needed to be completed (including photos of old roof). Great customer service and would definitely recommend the company.

I contacted them several times and spoke to Sarai who promised several times Mike would contact me within 24 hrs. Never heard from him. Called the 855 number, and email contact submitted on line. Never heard from the. I started contacting them daily from 2/28. Today is 3/4 and no contact. Moving on.

I contacted Michael Morris for our roof and he spent the time to go and inspect the roof and its condition and give me a very good reasonable price in compare with another at least 5 companies I was in communication with. They started the project and finished it vwery quickly and on budget and with no change order and what so ever and sent me warranty. I will do business with him again. Very professional.

I called for an estimate on Friday and Mike Morris said he could come by that day! I had another appointment so he came by the next week at the appointed time. He looked at my roof and explained what he could do to fix some chronic leaks. The previous roofer did not tell me that he used a product that needed maintenance every year. All the seams were coming up and needed repair throughout the roof. Flat Roof Pros, Inc. did an excellent job and now I won’t have to do the yearly maintenance…the problem is fixed!! Very happy with the look of my roof! All the seams are repaired. This was a 2 year old roof so I am very pleased that we didn’t have to tear off the old roof and start again!

Definitely a high quality roofing contractor. Mike Morris gave us a timely, competitive bid for a flat roof renewal and multiple facia board replacements. The work crew showed up on time on the scheduled start date and finished in a timely manner. The end results are phenomenal and we are extremely satisfied. I searched it on Google hoping to find a service to replace my balcony. I received 3 quotes. Flat Roof is fast, accurate and competitive. Mike is very professional and easy to understand. Due to Covid-19, things are not easy for everyone. But, Flat Roof team worked quickly to replace my balcony.
