Our 25-year old tile roof was facing significant issues, particularly in the valleys. Johnathan and Eric from the team promptly identified the problem and performed an excellent repair job. They ended up replacing the crucial parts of the roof, which was roughly one-third of the entire 5,000 square feet. The underlayers had been severely damaged due to leaf accumulation from a nearby ficus tree. Since their intervention, we’ve had no further issues with the roof. In the future, we’ll definitely call on their services again to renovate the remaining parts of the roof that were not addressed during this repair. 09/06/2019 the team showed up promptly as promised and performed the work in line with the description given in our quotation. the amount charged was fair and reasonable for the service rendered. we’re yet to verify if our roof is leak-proof since there’s been no rain to test its durability, but so far, it looks promising. we are comforted by the fact that it comes with a three-year warranty. this assurance makes us feel positive about the work accomplished by johnathan and eric in el segundo and gives us peace of mind.
