I am especially impressed by his persistent communication – he constantly updates me and he is always on time with his calls and visits. The team, including Zachary and Dale, were remarkably diligent and courteous. Furthermore, they did a fantastic job with the cleanup after the work was done. The high level of professionalism, timely service, outstanding roofing skills, and excellent value offered by this roofing service are worthy of praise. The owner, Leonard, was there on the roof with his team at the start of the project for evaluation and discussions. Dale’s quote was spot on and he even gave a discount for a small issue that I would’ve missed, truly showing his honesty. We encountered a small bump during the home inspection (not related to their roofing work), which they sorted out without any additional charges. Fantastic job at a fair cost. The team showed up and managed to replace the entire roof in just a little over 4 hours. Customer service was helpful and responsive. zachary was a pleasure to deal with. Many years ago, our roof was replaced by Gold Team Roofers. To our surprise, the main part of the structure was layered with three old layers of shingles, making the job more challenging. Despite this, Zachary’s team managed to complete the project within a day while delivering quality work.
