We hired IKON Roofing over a year ago to reroof our leaky garage. They were pretty busy, as it rained almost every week. Michael and his crew squeezed us in and did a great job, finishing between storms. We were so pleased with their work that we hired them this summer to reroof our main house. They did a thorough job on our mid-century roof, replacing/painting all the mismatched vents and pipes, even reroofing the air conditioner stand and adding extra sealer to the line. It looks great up there now. We appreciated that his crew cleaned up after each day and kept the job site tidy. Michael is a great communicator and kept us informed during every step of the process. We’d love to hire them again, but haven’t got another roof!

We needed to have our roof replaced so we scheduled appointments with multiple roofing companies we found through Yelp. I spoke to Mike and he came out and measured my roof. I received multiple bids and their pricing was competitive. Besides the pricing, Mike made me feel comfortable with the process and he spent time explaining my options. I really felt like I understood what was going on. They arrived when they said they would and their quality was top notch. What really stood out to me was that they would clean my entire property after each work day. Their crew is professional, nice, and know what they are doing. Overall, they are responsive, communicative, timely, fair and my roof came out beautiful! I highly recommend.

My husband and I had never received a more professional proposal before. It was perfectly prepared & didn’t skip a beat. It truly allowed us to visualize exactly what our new roof would look like & allowed us to prepare perfectly for the project. His prices were perfectly competitive & far out-beat other companies who saw Beverly Hills & an opportunity to price gauge us! Every day of work the team left the house in better shape than it was before! The materials were top notch, their professionalism top tier & the result absolutely incredible! It’s truly an investment to have your roof done & our property value has now gone up as well. We just recently had our house appraised & the new roof not only covered its own cost, but increased our property value by more! Mike came out the same day I called for an estimate for a roof replacement. I received the detailed proposal the same evening. He answered all my questions. The whole project went as smoothly as can be. The crew was awesome. They cleaned up all the debris around the house. My roof looks great. I couldn’t ask for a more professional contractor. Highly recommended.
