Very disappointed to say the least. Julio came in to give me a free estimate after contacting them twice to request it. Never heard from him about the estimate. I tried to contact him several times before I gave up on him. I started contacting the company on June 1st. I sent a follow up email June 4,12,14. Sent a text message June 24 and last text was July 5th. Is this the kind of business you want to deal with?

Sunshine was amazing! They arrived at 8 AM with a true workforce and a sense of humor. The forecast was rain in the afternoon and they got the roof beautifully finished before then! They also worked around two issues to make sure we didn’t get held up. One out of three skylights came with the wrong flashing kit, but they were able to make one for us. They also offered to come back a second time to install the downspouts after my stucco is applied… Working up to the install day, Sunshine patiently updated our agreement as I changed my mind a couple times. I ended up getting shingles, but they gave me a really excellent price for standing seam metal. I recommend sunshine roofing highly! The roof looks beautiful. Even the flat portions match the shingle color and I can’t see any seams. Truly, a pleasure to work.

This entire team was so responsive. They did not over sell it and they went to the root of the problem. Made sure they took care of that. Very trustworthy and so grateful I read about them in Nextdoor. Very happy with the process.

They did a great job on my roof!! I could not be happier, they arrived within the hour on a rainy day and fixed a leaking Pipe Vent!!
