Michael was our main point of contact for our original estimate and once accepted, he coordinated for all the work that needed to be done. The field crew of Nick and Guadalupe were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They took care of all the roof issues and explained in details exactly what they did to fix them. All of them are outstanding members of the West Coast Roofing team! This is the third time we have used West Coast Roofing and every time we have been extremely satisfied with their support. I would not recommend using this contractor. I went with them because the quote proposal looked professional. But after the initial deposit was issued and the job was on the schedule, the contact was rare to nill . I decided to utilize west coast because they gave me options for warranty length and “quality”. The work I got from this company is the work I anticipated from one of the other companies low bid… I could have saved thousands! At the end of the job they charged me for 10 additional sheets of plywood at a rate higher then what was listed on the quote. I should have only been charged for 5 but apparently it’s per piece they install not a full sheet . When pointing out issues they wouldn’t call back and barely responded through text .
