This Roofing company is represented by Martin, in a professional and knowledgeable manner. He answered all questions thoroughly and really listened to our concerns. The roof was completed in 2 days. The roofers work steady and take their needed breaks from the sun. They respected our property and privacy. We are so pleased with our tiled roof! It looks beautiful and Martin added some stylish design to our tile. I would highly recommend Starr Pass Roofing to all my friends and family. Thank you Martin and Roofers!

I should have done this along time ago. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Martin at Star Pass Roofing. I had been dealing with a minor issue requiring a simple repair that several other roofers were not able to fix on several occasions. I had previously done business with Martin and was extremely pleased that I contacted his company. He came out and quickly identified the problem and fixed it. No issues since then. Next time I need maintenance or repair, I will be surely contacting Star Pass roofing. Although I have only interacted with Martin, I’m sure the rest of the team is as pleasant as he is and acts with integrity. Each time I have interacted with Martin, I sense he is legitimately concerned about customer satisfaction. He takes the time to explain everything and clear detail and leave no doubt in the customer’s mind. Everything is done with full transparency, and there is never any unwanted pressure.

We bought a manufactured home in Tucson that needed a new roof. Starr Pass Roofing was prompt and courteous when responding to come out for an estimate. Martin is very professional and explained everything. His crew was respectful of my home thru the roofing process. Would highly recommend..

Starr Pass Roofing replaced my roof and not only does it look beautiful but I feel confident that it will perform during the monsoon seasons. Workers were timely, efficient and best of all, they not only cleaned up their mess but mine too. Martin took care of all the details with insurance and was very professional. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Martin and Starr Pass Roofing! I had a whole new roof put on a 1950’s home. His prices are the best in Tucson, he’s very knowledgeable, easy to speak with, presents you with options, and has the professional experience to meet your needs. He was great at communicating with me through the whole process. From the initial estimate, to going over my options once they got on the roof itself, and sending photos to see the progress. Martin was personable and professional the whole time. I was extremely satisfied with the final product and would recommend Starr Pass Roofing to anyone looking to have work done on their home.

Martin Lopez (owner of Starr Pass Roofing) is awesome. We had roof damage from monsoon storm winds. We called the insurance company and they sent an adjuster who said “yep the shingles on the east half of your roof need to be replaced.” The insurance company gave us the name of a roofing company to call. They sent out a guy whose only interest was getting us to sign a contract to have his company replace the east half of our roof. We found 2 other companies who basically said “Yep. The east half of your roof needs replaced.” Then we found Starr Pass Roofing. Martin came out and said “Yep. The east half of your roof has wind damage and needs to be replaced. You also have significant hail damage on the entire rest of your roof that exceeds industry standards and the whole thing needs to be replaced.” Martin wrote up an assessment of the damage and an estimate for work that needed to be done. 18 pages in all. The other companies each submitted 2 page bids. Since we anticipated resistance from the insurance company about replacing the entire roof, Martin said he would handle the negotiation with the insurance people. He came out a second time to tarp the bare spots and then a 3rd time to meet with the adjuster. Shortly after meeting with the adjuster on the roof, the insurance company agreed to replace the whole roof which resulted in nearly doubling the insurance check. Martin is a special breed of business owner. He is very knowledgable, polite, well-spoken, honest and confident in his communication. Our conversation about having him do the work started with him saying he’s not going to be the lowest price bid we get, but replacing the entire roof was the right thing to do considering the damage everyone else overlooked. He said he would fight to get us what we deserved and assured us that we would get the best quality roof as well. He says (and actually acts like) he wants the customer to be happy. He has bent over backwards every step of the way to make sure that we are happy and well informed and comfortable with what’s going on. So, right now we are scheduled to have the roof replaced in the first week or two of September. We will report back here and update this review when we have new shingles! I fully expect to report that we are thrilled with the finished project! Update 9/16/2023 We have a new roof! Martin and the crew at Starr Pass Roofing exceeded our expectations! The roofing materials were delivered on Wednesday and the roofing crew was here early Thursday morning and the new roof was on with the place cleaned up by Friday afternoon. Everyone from Martin’s crew was hard working, polite and respectful of us and our property. The clean up was meticulous. They spread tarps all around the house to catch all the debris from the demo of the old roof, they used a leaf blower on the roof for a final cleaning after the new shingles were in place and they scoured the area around the house with a large rolling magnet to pick up any stray nails. While we could have done it ourselves, Martin filed paperwork with the insurance company for us to be reimbursed for the “recoverable depreciation”. Just can’t say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend them for anyone who needs roofing work done. Thank you Starr Pass Roofing for a job very well done!

We needed some repairs done to our roof and had another company come out to give us a quote but the price was outrageous for what needed to be repaired. We had Starpass roofing come out to give us a second opinion quote and we’re so satisfied with the price we were given. Martin was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained to me exactly what he found on inspection and also what repairs were recommended and what he would be doing to fix the issues. He even took pictures and showed them to me. The work was completed in a timely manner and looked great! We had such a good experience with Martin and Starr Pass Roofing! We definitely recommend Starr Pass Roofing to anyone looking to get their roof repaired or replaced!

Just had the experience of working with them. The owner, Martin, was very professional. The bid was spot on. The quality of work was exceptional. He will also educate you on your roofing style, the requirements to extend its longevity, and the potential of cost overruns due to unforeseen roof issues/damage on the companies bid. My roof style was concrete tile. Thanks Martin.
