Its Saturday June 13th 2024, and Alan was out here this morning to do a repair on our roof. Honestly, the repair had nothing to do with the roof. Alan immediately found the issue with our duct work and fixed it. He could have said call your Heating/A/C people, but rather, He just got it done. All told 15 minutes. Alan and RCS are really exceptional. This is why we have used their 5 year plan multiple times. If your flat roof needs doing, call RCS. You’ll be happy you did!

The office staff was very nice and accommodating. They seemed to care. The others, not so much as they exhibited poor workmanship. First crew left a mess after power washing my roof. They washed everything off the roof into my yard and driveway. This was how they left it. After the coating the roof, roof coating drips were found on my gutters, driveway and sidewalk. They did come to ‘clean’ it and failed. My driveway looks worse and you can still see the coating drips. I paid a decent sum to have RCS coat my roof and I am now disappointed that I am spending time and money fixing their mistakes.

Doing sisters roof. Good stuff price has gone up a bit but still affordable. 100.00 a 5 gallon bucket. And 10 year roof coating. It doesn’t last that long in AZ weather but still the most affordable way to cover your roof and save big bucks…

No show, no call while we’re stuck at home waiting for them. In the meantime, the leak that they supposedly fixed last month, still leaks in the same place. Their recording says they are open until 4 but repeated calls to their office go unanswered in mid afternoon.

This is a very professional company. Allen came out to do the estimate and his price was very fair. He didn’t try to “hard sell” us on getting a new roof which I really appreciated. The guys who did the work were very thorough. They came right on time and did the work as promised. The office staff was easy to reach and relayed messages promptly to Allen and the crew. I would definitely use this company again. I also plan to recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

I have used Roof Coating Specialist since my roof was damaged by a hail storm in 2005 and continued to use them for periodic roof coating. They have always provided quality and lasting work and great customer service. They respond timely and provide a great 5 year warranty for their work at reasonable price. Even nearly half way through the last year of the warranty when potential issues were found, while on the roof during a heat-pump inspection, the RCS team was quick to respond to my request for warranty service and took care of all concerns. In 17 years of using RCS I have never had a leak. Kudos to the entire team at RCS.

Re-coat not done appropriately, have sustained excessive water damage to my property, Manager Lindsay states they won’t cover damage inside my property because it isn’t in their warranty.
