Owner’s response is false. They started with my entire roof and replaced multiple skylights. At least one skylight they have “repaired” multiple times. There was no preexisting damage. They did not do any repairs or “touchups.” So yes, they did not charge me for doing no repairs. Their emails in my attempts to resolve this contain repeated false statements, so no surprise their response is likewise riddled with false statements. And yes, please see the BBB and ROC complaints from others before even thinking of dealing with these people.

HORRIBLE! We bought a home in Oro Valley, and the home inspector suggested we get the roof recoated. We got it scheduled for the fall of 2022…the work was done, and then in Dec. 2022-we had a massive roof leak that required walls/ceiling to be torn out and replaced. The new roof contractor said that whoever we had that did our roof did extremely poor work. I guess that was money well wasted….

I am a real estate agent and have been using Hallmark Roofing for buyer’s inspections and seller repairs for over 6 years. They are always helpful about getting inspections and repairs done in the required time periods. Always friendly. They are our “go-to” for roofing opinions and work.

Hallmark Roofing repaired our roof in the time frame they promised, the workers were on time, hard working, and went the extra mile to be sure our roof was repaired correctly!! Kelsey in the office was great to work with! She was responsive to my requests and emailed all the info and written paperwork I needed! Pricing was very reasonable, they were insured, and the job went smoothly! I would highly Hallmark Roofing and I would certainly use them again!

Got a warranty less than a year ago but they patched up the bare minimum while the interior is completely trashed and covered in mold. Even after that it still rains inside. It needs to be redone but they’re trying to just put a bandaid on it. *Edit* Changed my rating to 3 stars since I was asked to update it. They came back and fixed the top of the roof and were pleasant about it and it actually held this time. No interior work. I recommend checking your warranty with them as it doesn’t cover much. This was all blamed on previous home owners who wanted it done cheap to sell. The company recommended against it because they knew it wouldn’t hold. They say they do work to industry standards but that makes me question what that standard is. I know they need money and if they didn’t another company would’ve done it. Just be wary when buying a home for these types of situations. It’s been and still is a huge headache.

Amazing customer service! The best communication I have received from any contractor. They called to schedule after we accepted the estimate, gave us a two week heads-up (as we asked so we could move our solar panels out of the way), and also called on the business day before our scheduled repair to confirm. The workers were very polite and also cleaned up all work debris. I highly recommend Hallmark Roofing!
