Horrible company, do not use, Person came out to estimate the job, then ignored requests for a quote for 2 weeks, Week 3 told us if we need faster service you should call another company. What a joke, save the time and look elsewhere for roofing.

Problems with roofing work. Contacted company about leaky roof after their repairs. One guy came out, saw the problem but they have yet to fix the problem or return calls

They rebuilt my house after monsoon storms. The flooring they installed is falling apart and they don’t honor warranty or communicate. If you use them, you will regret it

TLDR- DO NOT use this company if you need your roof work completed according to their schedule. Everything began well with timely estimates and communication to schedule repairs. Made a deposit and was scheduled 2 weeks out. Then communication went dark… Called after they didn’t show at the scheduled date and was told it would be another 2 weeks due to rain. (It hasn’t been raining!). They did refund my deposit after I had to call them when they didn’t show up. Luckily I paid the deposit with a credit card and that also offers some kind of protection. I would be hesitant to send this company cash for the deposit. I can only imagine how difficult that would be to get refunded. Hopefully they get their scheduling figured out and communication with customers improves.

I started off having a great experience but it quickly turned negative. The installation was fast and efficient and I was pleased with how fast is was done. We had discussed what needed done such as color of shingles and the ply wood that needed replacing as it was rotting. Unfortunately during the final inspection, it was noticed that NONE of the wood had been replaced, none of the vents had been painted and the workers left shingles hanging off the side of the house and there was garbage everywhere. I am very disappointed in the quality of the work and the deceit that happened with the wood replacement. We had to ask for another day for them to come out to replace the wood that should have been done the first time. Ask for photos to prove work has been done appropriately.

Crest gave me a metal roof bid which was more than twice the square footage of other bids. When I tried to inquire about it I couldn’t get a return call or email from Thomas. I finally contacted the woman who initially scheduled the appointment for me who checked in to it. She got back to me with a simple reply that they would not be able to do my job. I felt like it was shady and never did find out why.
