Today I had Az Roof out of Scottsdale come to my home for a free home inspection of my roof. It was specifically to inspect for potential damage that might have occurred from the recent storm we had in Casa Grande. It was one of the worst storms people say they have seen! Fortunately, I am not experiencing any problems at all with water leakage but thought there could be a potential for damage and some minor repair. To my disappointment, I found the roof technician who happen to be training another employee, pushy, fast talking, condescending and ready with a expensive sales pitch. He referred to the local roofers in this town as “homeboys” who he said might be willing to do minor repairs but it would not be “worth the time” for their company to address. This I found very surprising and unusual since they do happen to advertise roof repairs as part of their service. He also never actually did comment on weather he found any damage that had occurred from the storm, which is what the service call was about. It became very clear that his main intention was about making an expensive sale and not actually about helping me in detecting and addressing any immediate concerns. Based on this service call, I would definitively not recommend this company to anyone. They appear to be just one of the many companies out there who are looking to take advantage of someone in order to make a big dollar in my opinion! Buyer beware!

Our commercial property needed a new flat roof, and AZ Roof Co. delivered beyond our expectations. They presented us with 3 different options for our flat roof. We went with the TPO! the project was completed on time with no issues. What I really liked was how they have so many managers who are working on the project. Also the owner of the company came out at the end to personally thank us for our business and he left us a gift card and thank you card. The team was professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for any commercial roofing needs.

AZ Roof Co. did an amazing job on our roof. We had some storm damage, and they quickly assessed the situation and provided a fair estimate, they weren’t the cheapest but they weren’t the most expensive either. The crew was polite and finished the job faster than expected. I’ll definitely use them again if needed.
