I wish there was I way that I could leave zero stars. It’s monsoon season and these guys will be out looking for people to scam. They will knock on your door and tell you that your roof has been storm damaged and that they can get you a free roof from your homeowners insurance. Beware of anything these guys ask you to sign because they will tell you that it is just to give them permission to contact your insurance company, but what they won’t tell you is that there is a page 2 to the contract that they don’t show you, or get you to initial. This is against the law in the state of AZ according to Attorney general Kris Mayes’ office. They will try to get you to sign authorization for your insurance company to send the insurance payment directly to them. Do not sign it! This is how they scam you! This is such a big problem in the state of AZ that the attorney general issued a statement this week prior to monsoon season warning people about these “storm chasing” predators who will be out there trying to rip people off. The AZ attorney general warns that one of the tactics that they will use is to try and get you to authorize that the insurance check be sent directly to them. Beware of the storm chasers because these guys are shady A.F.!

Awesome company to deal with and extremely professional. Hayden with ARC Roofing explained everything in great detail and guided me through the process. The PM and the crew were highly professional, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves leaving no trace behind. I would absolutely recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

I needed to have the roof replaced on my house. I had no idea what to do because I can’t afford to buy a new roof. Plus, I was really nervous to use my insurance. I know ARC had replaced roofs in my neighborhood, so I called them. Hayden came out, inspected my roof for free and handled every step with my insurance company. This turned out to be really easy and the roof looks amazing! I would absolutely recommend ARC to anyone who has issues with their roof!

I would highly recommend ARC Roofing. Hayden assisted us with the insurance claim and made everything very simple. I received very clear communication and received answers to all of my questions throughout the entire transaction. The work was done quickly with perfect clean up. Brady was great at handling some of the last details. They even arranged the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels. Thank you !

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is my first time Filing an insurance claim, And to be honest I didn’t have to do much. My contractor, Hayden Hobbs took care of everything for me! From inspecting the roof, to filing the claim, meeting with the insurance adjuster, Getting my roof approved and making sure that the remaining items that were left out of the insurance companies estimate were accounted for correctly ( preventing me from incurring any out-of-pocket expenses). I was completely blown away because my roof was not only brought back to pre-storm condition but up to building code! Thank you again, Mr. Hobbs, You are a true professional! Anytime I had a question or a concern, it was taken care of swiftly and professionally.
