Wanda the scheduler and Charlie the inspector could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We had had some water intrusion a couple of years ago and, in contemplating the sale of our house, wanted to get the roof inspected. Charlie was very thorough and took pictures to show us what he saw up there. Often an inspection charge will be applied to work you have done by a company but, in this case, although it brought no work to Roof King, we were not charged anything at all. Even better, after talking about our roof and hearing his assessment, we chatted with Charlie for a bit and said good-bye feeling blessed to have had him in our home.

I needed work done on the trim as well as a new roof. After seeing another home in my neighborhood where Roof King replaced trim, I decided to give them a call. So glad that I did. Charlie came out to do an estimate a couple days after I called. He came when he said he would and was very informative about their roof work. I accepted the quote and signed a contract with them on June 19th. Two weeks later, as promised, they started and finished the job. They did a great job, on time, at the price quoted, and in spite of the heat. So glad that I went with Roof King.

Charlie came out to give an estimate on my roof. He was prompt , kind and honest. He explained everything throughly and has a great cheery disposition . I had a flat roof with no covering, save the plywood, and rain approaching fast. I had researched flat roof coatings and took so long deciding that by the time I found a system I liked, rain was on the way! I am blessed to have found Roof King AND that they have an office in Payson AZ. I called and told them my problem. They immediately came out and showed me the system and samples and pricing. We signed on the dotted line, only to be told they were a few months out! UNDERSTANDABLE, as it IS Payson and there are more projects than there are people that can do said projects. HOWEVER… the owner called us and said he would have his guys come THAT WEEKEND!! So relieved! They got that roof coated and sealed JUST IN TIME!! Larry really blessed us with being so kind and adjusting schedules to help save us from real water damage!
