We own a 4 Plex that has a flat roof covered by a foam coating which got damaged in a hailstorm and the entire roof needed to be replaced. RAGS came out quickly and gave us our estimate right away. They helped work with our insurance company to get the estimate approved. When they started to remove the old coating, it was found that a previous roofer had put the coating directly on the wood substrate so that also had to be replaced. Once again, they got a bid to us quickly and helped us get the change order approved with our insurance. They were always quick to respond to any questions, were always professional and courteous. We are so happy we chose RAGS!

These guys were great. Nate came out to do the roof estimate, he was here when he said he was going to be,very personable and professional. He said he would install whichever architectural shingle I wanted, for my roof. Nate is an honest and a down to earth person , his employees really like working for him and that tells a lot about the boss. The most important thing…..he is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, you see I was very leery about any tradesman working on my house because of past experiences with unqualified people. I had gotten several quotes from other roofing companies but the reason I went with Rags Roofing ( besides having 5 star rating), is because he could start the roof in 4 weeks. All the other guys were too commercial ( stacking contracts/jobs) , I’d have to wait 5-6 months before they could start and they wanted 60% up front right now (once contract signed). They’re a family owned business and have been around for awhile. The wife picked out the color shingle and low and behold, the roof looks great and matches the house fantastically. I’d use them again , in a flash but with work like this , it may not be for another 25 yrs.

They showed up on time everyday. The crew worked hard the whole entire time they were here and they cleaned up very well after themselves. My new roof looks fantastic! Would definitely use again and recommend.

My house has Mexican tile, which after 25 years needed new underlayment. This is a very labor intensive job that requires removing all the tile, putting down new underlayment and putting the tiles back in place. It’s hard work, and some roofers I called didn’t want to mess with it. I got quotes from three and RAGS was the cheapest. They had also recently replaced roofs on two of my neighbor’s houses, and the neighbors were happy,so I decided to give RAGS a try. Both Mitch and his son were great guys to work with, and the guys on the crew were polite and hard-working. The job took a little over a week. They showed up when they said they would and I’m very happy with the results. They also fixed some poor work done by the original roofers when the house was built, fixed some holes where rodents were getting in the attic and repaired some wood that had been water damaged.
