Robert was extremely responsive, did an excellent job and provided exceptional customer service at a reasonable price to boot. We will definitely use MSW again and highly recommend them. Update: Robert reached out to me as it had been five years since they sealed my roof. During that time their work held up with not even the slightest sign of leaks, and I appreciated their follow up as I never would have remembered. Everything I said in the first review still stands and I am now recommending MSW to all of my neighbors.

Robert and his team cane out and replaced my sundeck. They did a great job and went above and beyond when re-attaching the railing and bought new hardware to ensure it was safe. The wind storms that went through recently knocked a few tile off and Robert came by and adjusted and replaced those that were missing. Great company to do business with and they stand behind their work.

I had two roofing contractors on my roof. Both of them said I needed to replace my flat roof. But when MSW came, they found a crack and they fixed it for free! They also said my flat roof needed some minor repairs that they are sending me An estimate for. I think they are very honest, and I would highly recommend them!

I have had my flat roof coated twice (every 5 years) now with MSW. I recommend MSW without reservations. They are perfectionists. They are very reasonably priced. My 2 roof coating contracts with them have included 5 year warranties. I have contacted them several times in the past to check my roof after it has rained, and have gotten very quick response time. MSW also painted the front of my house last year. Perfect!

I’ve dealt with four roofing companies in my lifetime, but this is the only one I will work with from here on out. Robert was professional, timely, fairly priced for the quality of work, and best of all the roof turned out awesome. Very professional guys, very patient in explaining what needs to be done, how they are going to do it etc. They have many contracts they are working on, so their availability is hard to get, but we’ll worth the wait for quality work
