Michael McCollum in Huntsville, Al was amazing! I needed a roof inspection to counter what a different company had said while trying to get insurance money. Mr. McCollum was thorough in his review of my roof, looking via a drone and being on the roof, and cleared up any confusion with my insurance company. Will definitely call this company for any future roofing needs! My insurance agent was also impressed with him and asked for his name and contact information for other clients!

First of all David helped with the insurance paperwork, inspected our roof contacted the insurance adjuster, frankly did all the necessary paperwork prep for us. His crew is awesome and he was there during the entire process. We could not be more grateful for the help, quality, and service provided by Helpful Roofing. Thanks David and Crew.

I had my roof replaced by this company and filed an insurance claim to get it paid for. David Fair, General Manager, seemed very knowledgeable about what insurance would be looking for to agree to pay for replacement of the roof. He also seemed very knowledgeable about the roof replacement process. He was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He responded very quickly to all questions I had. He walked me through every step of the process. Once I filed the claim with my insurance, he handled it from there. He was very punctual and showed up himself to meet with the insurance adjuster on my behalf. He actually showed up to my house a couple minutes before the insurance adjuster arrived. They added rain diverters on my roof above each my front door and above my HVAC unit. They cleaned up all roof related trash around my house once they were finished. Pictures attached are after roof replacement was completed. Color is charcoal with black drip edge. I’m thoroughly pleased with my experience with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any roof work done.

Atlas Roofing has a gym in David Fair. He walked me through the process step by step. The roofers were nice and hardworkers. The roof looks amazing! From the set up tonrhe clean up, I would recommend Atlas 👍

I cannot say enough about how kind and easy to work with David Fair was. The whole process went as he described, promises about work to be done and timeline were met and we are very satisfied with the prep work, installation, cleanup and follow up. I can’t believe how great the whole job turned out. David Fair and his crew are so incredibly timely, honest, and meticulous. Roofing supplies were dropped off on a Monday and the job was complete two days later, house back in order, NO MESS anywhere! They were awesome to work with and we ended up with a great looking roof with all the code upgrades.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and David Fair. I had damage to my roof and a very frustrating struggle with my insurance company. David was there for the entire process. He absolutely went over and above to take care of everything. He and Melanie communicated with the insurance company, lessening the stress for me and communicated with me throughout everything. From the assessment to the newly installed roof, David was great to work with. I would recommend this company and David to anyone!

David is the man!!!! Let me tell you, Melanie the office manager is a force to be reckoned with. This is the absolute best roofing company around. I was in a total mess after the hail storm and this team came to my rescue. They made this grueling process so simple and easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
