Excellent service!! Mr. Heard has been in roofing business at least 40 years. They got to my home at 7 am to take off old roof and had my new roof on & everything cleaned up, by 3 :15 pm. The new roof is beautiful & everything was cleaned up expertly! I am 100% satisfied & would highly recommend Heard Roofing Company! Also, Mrs. Heard, who runs the office part of the business is very sweet and amazing!!

Mr. Heard installed a new asphalt shingle roof for us in 2017. They were very courteous and did a great job. We recommended our neighbor to him for a minor repair and he was very happy with Mr. Heard, also. Due to Hurricane Sally we lost a few shingles so we called Mr. Heard again. It did take a few weeks for them to get to us but they eventually did and repaired it in no time. We would definitely recommend him.

I had my roof done last week of December 2018. Job took awhile to get started due to the weather, not Walters fault. I’ve had a few leaks along the way. Took forever for someone to come fix. Now have been calling for over 2 weeks, may-june2019, to reach someone about fixing part of the job that wasnt done. All I get is a voice mail and no return phone calls. After several house calls from riveria about AC issues. 1 problem was that the felt ridge line was not cut back all the way. This is blocking air flow, kinda important. Hate writing a bad review, but I feel others need to be aware of what can go wrong. And communication is very hard with Heard Roofing. UPDATE: Walter finally came out after my husband called him on another phone number. ( sorry , had to trick him). Walter was very rude and combative. Bottom line, he would not fix the problem or even look at it. Walter Heard got is money and now will not follow up on anything or repairs. I’m worried about my roof. Also he did not put a new roof on my attached screen room, which is leaking. Walter offered to charge me to redo it. *** New leak in roof, oct 2019. Months of going back and forth Heard Roofing will not come look or fix. Reported to BBB. DON’T USE HEARD ROOFING EVER.

Mr Heard and his sons,nephews and all of the crew were Excellent. There was not a scrap of anything left on my premises and the Roof was done to perfection. We totally recommend this company for your Roofing Job. Thank You, Robert Schoolcraft Silverhill
