I do not recommend. Told me right off the bat when they came out to our house for an estimate that they would not be interested in helping me do the very thing that I was told over the phone they could do. I was told on the phone they were a one stop place for gutters and soffit. When he got there and looked at the house he quickly said that they would not be interested in doing the soffit work. Said I could contract it out and let them do the gutters. That’s not what I was told when I set up the estimate on the phone.

Our sales rep Michael was amazing. He was very nice and informative and if there was something he didn’t know he was sure to find out and let me know immediately. The actual instillation went very smooth and the new gutters look great. They were very clean and thorough. 100% would recommend this company.

After an initial inspection, we had a new roof installed with ridge vents added. The work started and finished on time and on budget. They left no mess behind. The new roof looks great, and we look forward to enjoying it for many years to come. Thanks

It was a pleasure working with William from USA roofing. USA Roofing installed my gutters. They did such a great job on my gutters that I had them repair my roof. William was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and explained the process of repairing my roof and the materials to be used in terms I could understand. I highly recommend USA roofing for quality work. I was very pleased with the gutters that they installed and the roof that was repaired.

They were extremely professional. The workers arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. Moreover, they provided education on how to maintain the structure. Lastly, they followed up AFTER A STORM to see if we were satisfied with their work!! Without question, we highly recommend.

William Nelson responded to my inquiry within a day. He was very attentive and called multiple times to make sure I had the details I needed and even came back with a vendor backed extension on the warranty (it was a special – not specific to me), but still. Two of his competitors took anywhere from a week to two weeks to get back to me. One of them even forgot about getting a quote for me until I called them back. The fellows that installed my roof were friendly and did a great job. The cleanup was impeccable – and if you could have seen all the debris, you would understand how much that statement means. I would recommend this company to everyone.
