Walters Buildings 2 years agoGreat company to work with. Just finished a 40×60 pole barn. Excellent carpentry work done on building, even building inspector mentioned to be how impressed he was. Build was done on good timetable with good communication throughout process. Very glad i went with them. Thanks Josh and Jeff!

Precise Basement Repair 10 months agoPrecise did an awesome job. I called Kip for a quote on my basement and found out they could do so much more and what they couldn’t do, they contracted out so acted as general contractor for my big job. Precise installed my sump pump, replaced/upgraded the electrical circuit breaker (contracted out), took off and replaced wood for my Bilco doors, replaced stairs for Bilco doors, moved my drain for the washer, replaced basement windows, waterproofed the crawlspace under the addition and finished the basement up with painting everything. And he was so kind as to have his guys remove all the junk that I wanted to trash in my basement. Precise installed blown insulation (contracted out), replaced both of my porches and sided my house and garage. I had already gotten quotes from various contractors and he beat all of them. My job took a long time and that would be the only negative thing I would say but I really didn’t mind because he gave me such a deal and really worked with me. Kip was very professional with me and always explained things as we went. I will totally recommend his business to others.
