Warren-Lee Construction 8 months agoWarren-Lee converted an attic above the garage to a playroom for us this past spring. The room itself came out fine but we had the following issues that will have us looking elsewhere for our next project. – One of the windows was installed without a lock, in a 2nd floor kids playroom (youngest is 3). Looks like they used a bit that was too big to drill the holes for the lock and couldn’t get part of the lock to fit so they just left half of it in place with no way to lock the window. This was finally fixed by replacing the whole window about 3 months after the room was otherwise finished – One of the bedrooms had to be partially repainted as a wall was moved to extend the hallway to the playroom. In the bedroom they spilled paint in a few places where a dropcloth should have been plus a red liquid all over the carpet. They did pay for a cleaner to come out twice to try and get the stains out, but after that didn’t work we’ve been waiting for a check to cover the cost of a new carpet for 3-4 months so far.

The beginning process was a little longer than I’d liked, but it was worth the time to make sure it was exactly as we wanted it to be. They did an amazing job. Took my vision and pulled it together. We absolutely love it!!!

Scott & Scott Construction Inc 10 months agoProbably the best custom home builder in the Winchester/Front Royal area… upfront with costs, carefully managed build, got our home built in 8 months, works with the best sub contractors in the region… we can’t say enough good things about these builders… they are certainly folks to put on your list of bidders for home projects.
